Auditions for the 2012-13 season will be held in May 2012. Auditions are occasionally held during the concert season if there are specific needs in the group. If interested in Auditioning for the Alaska Chamber Singers, please call 333-3500 or email

Auditions consist of:
• vocalizing
• "America the Beautiful, " a cappella, any key
• sight reading
• pitch memory (singing back a series of 4-5 pitches)
Rehearsals are on Tuesdays, 6:15 - 9:15 p.m. beginning in mid-August. The season typically ends in April. Singer dues are $100 per year. Additionally, members must purchase prescribed concert dress and help with some non-singing duties.
